Kevin Tarn, Chairman
As Chairman and co-founder, Kevin Tarn leads the evaluation of business opportunities to reach new markets for XCome since December 2002.
Kevin brings a ten year record of R&D management and new business development expertise in the mobile industry.
Prior to XCome, Kevin held major product management and development roles at Lexicomp Taiwan and Axisoft Technologies. At Axisoft, Kevin’s team delivered total PDA solutions for the Greater China region.
Kevin earned his B.C.S. from Soochow University and holds three US patents which are in process. |

Jack Yang, CEO
Co-founder Jack Yang serves as XCome’s CEO. With his extensive experience, Jack oversees the development of business projects and relationships with global operators and handset makers.
Prior to XCome, Jack managed comprehensive venture capital initiatives for several established companies. Subsequently, Jack held senior sales positions including the role of sales director for E Touch Corporation.
Jack earned his MBA from the New York Institute of Technology.
Fun facts: Jack is proud of being the luckiest man in the world with his entrepreneurship, kids, wife and family.

Edward Leung, Board Director
Edward Leung joined iD TechVentures (formerly Acer Technology Ventures) in 2000 and brings over ten years of experience. He is focused on investments in software, semiconductors for communications and value-added services, among other sectors.
Before joining iD TechVentures, Edward was a senior investment manager at Grand Pacific Capital Management in Singapore, managing the HK portfolio for its Greater China Fund.
Edward holds a B. Eng (Hons) degree in Mechanical Engineering from HK Polytechnic University and a MBA degree from the University of Iowa. He is a CFA charter holder.

Rago Chen, Vice President of Research and Development
Serving as VP of R&D, Rago Chen leads the development of XCome’s mobile applications. With his thorough knowledge of programming languages and system platforms, Rago finds and implements new technologies for XCome.
Before joining XCome in 2003, Rago was the R&D director for Axisoft, where he was responsible for designing PDA and camera accessories for mobile devices.
Rago graduated from Tam-Kung University with a bachelor degree in computer science. |

Alfred Lien, Director of Marketing
Alfred Lien is responsible for managing XCome’s corporate, brand and product marketing initiatives.
He offers 10 years of global marketing experience for Internet and multimedia software companies including Netscape/AOL, Homestead Technologies and Ulead Systems.
Alfred holds a BA from UC Berkeley and an MBA from the University of Washington.
Fun facts: Alfred has resided and worked in the Bay Area, Seattle, HK, Singapore and Taiwan and is an avid film enthusiast.

Tiffany Chang, Head of Administration and Human Resources
Tiffany Chang serves as the Head of Administration and Human Resources. Tiffany oversees XCome’s general financial affairs as well as corporate staff matters.
Before joining XCome in 2004, Tiffany served as a senior financial positions at several established Taiwanese companies. Most recently she was a financial executive at Kennex Knitting Co., Ltd.
Tiffany graduated from Aletheia University with a degree in international trade.
Fun facts: Tiffany is an accomplished cook and has shared her "award-winning" sushi with her grateful teammates.

Dr James Lee, Advisor
Dr. James Lee is currently DivX Ambassador and Advisory Board Member for DivX Inc, as well as special advisor for iD TechVentures, CyberLink, and SunPlus.
Dr. Lee served as Vice Chairman at WI Harper with a strong background in technology and hi-tech startups. Before WI Harper, he spear-headed Pacific Century CyberLabs, the incubation arm of PCCW within CyberWorks Ventures. |

Peter Pan, Advisor
Peter Pan has served in the telecom industry for over forty years, ranging from the 1st generation analog networks to broadband and 3rd generation digital networks. With extensive knowledge of the telecommunication field and a strong high-tech background, Mr. Pan’s abundant experience and contacts in the development of Taiwan’s GSM mobile telecommunications includes the role of Chief Technology Officer. |
